HSC 5230 is liquid low viscosity accelerator; it is used in combination with amine hardeners to accelerate the cure and as initiator for standard epoxy anhydride systems.

HSC 5541 (Accelerator)

 

Product Description 

HSC 5541 is latent accelerator based on imidazole for Epoxy Casting and Impregnating Systems, cured with carboxylic acid anhydride hardeners. The glass transition temperature (Tg) will be higher by a few degrees when the traditional tertiary amine accelerators are replaced by HSC 5541 at the same phr (parts per hundred resin) without compromising any other mechanical or electrical property of the casting.
